Lately, I have been taking a restorative yoga class, as I have been having awful foot pain and chronic back pain.  I have gone a few times and I love it.! Caterpillar pose and me are BFFs now. 

For those who have never tried out a restorative yoga class, do it!!! It is very different than a typical class, focusing on holding positions for 3-5 minutes and all position are “relaxed”. It stretches your connective tissue and also helps with practice breathing techniques. It is hard to keep the mind quiet in stillness but that is a very worthwhile thing to work on.  I take CR (core restore) at CorePower yoga.
